I just added a twitter widget to my website that I am working on and I never knew how easy it was. Twitter basically lets you customize it the way you want it and it generates a code for you to plug into your HTML. So simple anyone can do it. Here’s how I did everything:

1st I went to this link:      http://twitter.com/about/resources/widgets/widget_profile

On this page you just enter in your Twitter username…….

Then click on the “Preferences” tab and customize the options there

3rd click on the “Appearance” tab and pick your colors for the widget

4th you click on the last tab which is “Dimensions” and enter the size of your widget in pixels.

The 5th and final step is to generate your code. Click “Finish & Grab Code” and Twitter will automatically generate it for you. All you have to do is copy and paste the code into your HTML.

So simple a baby could do it. Social Media is great. Even better when web designers can incorporate it into our websites.
